O.O wow that's pretty high levels of humidity. I would most likely die 'cause I love the freezing cold

And you are living in Scottsdale? Where would you live if you had a chance or calling to relocate?
I was so surprised at the Arizona weather...even at over 100 degrees, it felt more comfortable than a hot Illinois day. Humidity really does make a difference. And , fyi, it has cooled down some this week. We don't have the A.C. on.

There is no such thing as cold, there is only the abscence of heat. Therefore 0 degrees doesn't mean that there is a certain amount of coldness, but that there is a certain lack of heat. So the only way to figure out "twice as cold" would be to establish the exact amount of heat in an area and then remove half of that heat source to stabalize it at a level where the measurement of heat was exactly half of what was originally there. Then it would be "twice as cold". But you could only do this in a closed, controlled environment. There is not way to dictate it to be twice as cold in an outside, general area.
